Our standard service includes professional packing of all your items, careful loading onto our truck, safe transportation to your destination, and unloading of all goods into your new home or office.

The safety of your items is our top priority. We use high-quality packing materials like sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and moving blankets. Our team is professionally trained to handle all items, including fragile ones, with utmost care.

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons (weekends, month-end). However, we can accommodate last-minute moves based on our availability.

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including Cash, Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and major Credit/Debit Cards. Payment terms will be outlined in your quote.

Yes, we offer safe and reliable transportation for cars and bikes. We use specially designed vehicle carriers to ensure your vehicle reaches your destination without any damage.

It is recommended that you or an authorized representative be present during both packing and delivery to oversee the process and answer any questions our team might have.

Yes, we offer value-added services such as unpacking all your boxes and re-assembling furniture (like beds, tables, etc.). Please request this service during your initial consultation.

The final cost is based on the total volume of goods, the distance of the move, the amount and type of packing material used, manpower required, and any additional services like insurance, storage, or unpacking. We provide a detailed, itemized quote with no hidden charges.

Delivery time depends on the distance. For local moves within the same city, delivery is typically done on the same day. For inter-state moves, it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days. We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeline.

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials such as flammable liquids, explosives, gas cylinders, and corrosive items. We also do not transport perishable food items or live plants on long-distance moves.

While we take every precaution, transit insurance is highly recommended for complete peace of mind. It is offered as an optional service and is not included in the base price. You can choose a coverage plan based on the value of your goods.

We maintain a fleet of clean, well-maintained vehicles of various sizes, from small tempos for 1BHK moves to large container trucks for inter-city relocations. We select the appropriate truck to ensure your belongings fit securely and are transported efficiently.
